yep i agree with ooo ..i think thats spot on, i spent alot off my younger days in the bush..hunting and pigging with my dogs
now i dont think i could kill an animal..unless it was in pain..
but i do miss shooting guns @ targets, cans of petrol,manakins and only own an air rifle now..since we have strict gun laws in oz now..
and i get maybe more enjoyment..at taking a picture home than meat or a trophy
I have pics of my dad from that era sitting in a very similar office, wearing very similar clothes, wearing almost identical glasses, doing almost the exact same thing.
I've found that there is a crossover effect between firearms and cameras. If you are pretty good at shooting one, you tend to also be good at shooting the other.
